3. Vision Building: Travel Design Workshop

Based on the information gathered in the discovery call(s), I will present different recommendations and options for us to review together. This is a collaborative process where we dig deeper into the details to further build the vision of your trip. 

4. Proposal Review & Payment 

I present a quote for payment, and once settled, I can get to work on crafting your personalized itinerary.

5. Itinerary Review

We review the preliminary itinerary together which will include flights, accommodation, ground transportation, activities, meals etc.. You provide me with your feedback and then I go off and make any applicable changes. We then confirm the final itinerary together before booking. So exciting!

6. Booking

I help you save time and stress by booking the relevant accommodation, ground transportation, activities, and reservations for you. 

7. Trip Support

Before and during the trip I’m here to ensure that everything goes smoothly. From the smallest detail (like what to pack), to local recommendations for restaurants, to support if unexpected surprises come up - I have your back.

8. Post-Trip Follow-Up
